If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect item received

Once your request is approved, we will offer a refund or exchange the item depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items: 

• Wrong size or fit
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Items worn, washed, or altered.

Sizing Disclaimer:

Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing. Due to manual measurements, a slight variation (1–3 cm) may occur. Due to shipping charges we do not accept returns for sizing issues.
